Job Description
The Clinical Services Senior Consultant will provide Prior Authorization system set up expertise, operational guidance and support for the Novologix Prior Authorization and Administrative teams. Participate in project management activities related to new standard and custom implementations. Work closely with Operations, Legal, and Account teams to implement programs meeting all state and federal requirements. This position will lead meetings and collaborate with other internal departments such as Sales and Account teams, Operations, Service Recovery, Regulatory and Implementations.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional work experience - customer service or call center preffered
2+ years experience in Prior Authorization
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
- CAS systems knowledge preferred
- SalesForce knowledge preferred
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Capability to work with people at all levels of an organization
- Motivation, Presentation skills and flexibility are required
- Exceptional Communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work across boundaries to achieve goals
- Self directed with proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Energetic and highly motivated to provide exceptional client support and service.

High School Diploma or GED required
