Job Description
Ensures quality and production standards through the leading the Resource Planning team. Follows through on standard operating procedures, problem solving and trouble-shooting within Resource Planning as well as leading the effort to improve and adjust procedures to improve the results of the team’s efforts. Monitors, coaches and counsels employees on quality, productivity and overall work performance. Ensures quality and productivity targets are understood and are met/-exceeded on a consistent basis. Works with other supervisors to recommend changes in order to provide better support. Studies/standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of the department. Requires excellent communication and analytical skills. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Caremark's policies and procedures as well as applicable laws.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven background in leading and people management, preferably in a workforce management environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office package including Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of call center systems such as Avaya, EWFM and Empower (Aspect), process procedures.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED required
