  Business Development Associate

 

A Business Development Associate is an integral part for the development of the Auto Exchange/Upgrade Program. BDA will support all efforts of this department to include the following.

 

 

- Minimum of 50 phone calls per day

 

- Minimum of 10 confirmed appointments set per day 

 

- Minimum of 5 confirmed appointments set for the next business day

 

- Use the Auto Exchange/CDK software to mine prospects and leads

 

- Be certified in Kia and Ford products

 

- Understand complete sales process from the time a customer arrives until delivery

 

- Provide production presentation prior to test drive

 

- Take prospective customers on test drives

 

- Know the used and new inventory

 

- Interact with Service Advisors for prospective customers that want to upgrade

Goal Requirements

 

50 appointments set per week

 

200 appointments set per month

 

At least a 50% show level on appointments set

 

At least a 50% sales close on appointment shown
