Business Development Coordinator

Kearny Mesa Subaru-Hyundai is looking to grow our Customer Service Team. Potential applicants will be responsible for inbound inquiries from our client call center, and make appointment for vehicle services.
One year experience as a customer service representative in a fast past environment
Organizational skills and time management a must
Ability to handle a high volume amount of inbound and outbound calls
Respond to customer inquiries in an efficient manner
Respond to Internet inquiries from our clients via email
Contacting and communicating with customer to identify service needs
Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
Strong computer and phone skills
Call center experience a plus
Other duties to be determined by manager
