Pacific Honda is looking to hire an outgoing and customer service oriented individual to work in the service department. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain relationships with our customers by responding to inquiries and documenting different actions. The Greeter will be responsible for greeting all service customers and controlling the flow of vehicles in and out of the service department.
*Greets and welcomes all customers upon arrival. This individual is usually the first point of contact for service customers.
*Demonstrates superior customer service and communication skills with every customer.
*Assists customers when picking up their vehicle.
*Must be able to understand the closing and balancing of internal due bill repair orders.
*Books appointments for call in customers and answers incoming calls.
*Improves quality service by recommending improved processes and by identifying new products and service applications.
*Must be able to assist, relieve, and cover the cashier position when needed.
*Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and processes.
*Record customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers' accounts.
*Must have previous experience working as a cashier in a dealership
*Previous experience with ADP is highly preferred.
*Must be customer focused with the ability to analyze information
*Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
*Strong verbal communication skills are required.
