Job Description

We are a nonprofit organization seeking candidates to support our Therapeutic Behavioral Services programs by providing community-based, in-home, behavioral services to at-risk youth and/or their families designed to address specific target and goals. Short term revolving opportunities exist in varying counties ( North County San Diego, Riverside, Orange Counties) serviced by our Temecula office. When cases are completed, coaches are reassigned to new cases based on incoming county contracts and coach availability.  

This is a terrific opportunity for MFT and MSW interns or those with therapeutic backgrounds who have flexibility of hours (status may be temporary or part time depending on hours worked). If you want to experience the sense of accomplishment that comes from making a difference with today's youth, this is the position for you.

Compensation:  $16 - $23/hour (DOE).

Skills/ Requirements
B.A. degree/M.A. in the related field is required and one year experience with children with serious emotional or behavioral problems is preferred. Skills needed include: excellent written and verbal communication skills,  ability to coach & counsel children and families, ability and willingness to adhere to agency documentation and policies, procedures and standards.  The position also requires a good driving record,  a clear criminal record (or ability to clear through CCL), and the successful completion of an agency physical (including drug testing).

Position is a clinically supervised experience, working varying hours (usually afternoon and evening) as scheduled and coordinated by agency.  Weekly supervision requirements (two hours) through our Temecula Office.
