Job Summary: The role of the Administrative Specialist is to manage the administrative processes at the division level. To accomplish this goal, the Administrative Specialist will be responsible for processing work orders in a timely and efficient manner and for all reporting and administrative tasks associated with the generation of work orders.

Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Must be available to work overtime and weekends as required.
Amount of Travel Required:
Experience 2+ years within an office environment.
Prior experience with work orders a plus. Knowledge of construction related items a plus, but not required.
