Job Description

Under minimum supervision, coordinates flow of communications in the front office. Operates multi-line phone system, answering incoming calls and directing callers to appropriate staff. Handles a variety of administrative duties, and at times will assist on multiple departmental projects or assignments. Greets everyone coming through main lobby, determines the nature of the business and notify staff of visitor's arrival.

  • Must be 18 years of age

Skill / Requirements

Preferred six months working with people with developmental disabilities or equivalent experience in social services.
Minimum high school diploma and GED required. (Some college course work preferred) Must be 18 years old. Must be able to understand and adhere to Dept of Labor and SMSC guidelines. Must be able to successfully complete CPR and First Aid Training.

Important Notes

Must pass criminal records check, pre employment physical, TB test and pre-employment drug screening. Must have a valid CA Drivers License and clean DMV Report. Individual will frequently be required to stand, walk, sit, communicate, and train others. Occasionally must lift up to 50 lbs. for purpose of Job Coaching assistance, consumer safety or setting up activities. Maybe required to walk a distance up to one-half mile in length.
