Job Description

By adhering to Welk Resort’s i-Serve service standards, the Pizza Hut Attendant will
perform check out duties for customers and receive cash, checks and credit cards.  Attendant will also prepare and cook food for guests, provide customers with pertinent information and support in a professional and gracious manner.
To perform this job successfully you will have to adhere to pizza hut franchisee standards. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.  Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.  Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.  
1. Prepare and bake pizzas and other food items according to standards of Pizza Hut.
2. Learn, follow and utilize proper food handling skills, following health and safety standards. 
3. Displays knowledge of food and beverage available in outlet.  This includes ingredients and manner of preparation for all dishes and other items served in the outlet. 
4. Deliver pizzas in an accurate and timely manner 
5. Follows all proper cash handling procedures, maintains the cash drawer and follows appropriate closing cash policies.
6. A valid Driver's License is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.   


Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively with customers, guests, vendors or Team Members of the organization. Excellent communication skills required. Must be able to speak, understand, read and write English.


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to make decisions that are in the best interests of the company. Ability to be flexible and easily adapt to change. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, field personnel and sub-contractors/vendors.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and talk and hear.  The associate is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.  The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
